TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

We are an extremly flexible company when it comes
to cancellations, missing the bus, and other circumstances that may
come up causing you to miss a trip. Please respect this flexibility
and give us as much advance notice as possible. |

Underage Riders: All participants
under the age of 18 are required to complete a release of liability
form unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please download this form, fill it out, and submit it to our bus representative the
morning of pick up. We would also like the parent or guardian to call
us so we can discuss any specific trip details, give you our cell
numbers, and get contact from you. |

Cancellation policy: For full
refunds all seat reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.
All cancellations are subject to a $2.50 processing fee per $100 that
is refunded. This fee includes cancellations made more than 48 hours
in advance of the trip.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of trip are subject
to a $45 fee. There are no refunds for missing the bus in the morning. |

Road Closures: If the road should
be delayed or closed and you are unable to ski or ride we will refund
you the price of your lift ticket or you may use it towards a credit
for another trip. The cost of the bus ride ($45) will not be refunded
as road closures are out of our control and the bus and driver still
need to be paid for. |

Postponing Our Trips: We may decide
to postpone a trip or cancel a trip due to anticipated severe road
condtions or resort conditions that are less than favorable. These
cancellations are up to our discretion and may be done at anytime.
Customer safety and satisfaction are our primary concerns. If we cancel
a trip please trust it is with your best interests in mind. We will
try to make these decisions swiftly so you make altertives plans for
the weekend or other arrangements to get to the resort |
